A graduate of UALR, Wendy earned her BA, thanks to a full scholarship to the chancellor leadership program. After graduation, she became an assistant producer at AETN where she worked with the world-renowned Gerontologist, Dr David Liptschitz, on his groundbreaking series- “Aging successfully with Dr. David.” This experience further inspired her passion to work with seniors and their families, bridging the gap between generations through understanding compassion and acceptance.
Wendy “moved on” in her career and became a real estate agent in 2000 with Truman Ball and Associates. She met Claire Brown, who is now the Executive Broker of her own real estate company, Move Realty. Wendy and Claire reunited in 2021 and she is now a part of Claire's innovative and talented successful team.
During her career, Wendy has served as development and Program Coordinator of the Arthritis Foundation, Marketing Director of Woodland Heights Retirement Community, Foundation Director of Booneville Community Hospital and various positions in property management and transition services.
Through all of those positions, she kept coming back to her main passion, helping seniors and their families. So, in 2017, she started her business, Moving On. And in 2020, Moving On became a brick and mortar in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Opening a warehouse was another avenue to better serve her clients. With a dedicated team beside her, Moving On has now helped many people and families. Moving On provides the following services: downsizing and transitional needs, moving logistics, declutter assistance, packing and unpacking services, estate and moving sale options, and everything in between.
