Mike Israel
Proudly born and raised in Louisiana, Mike and his wife Casey made Arkansas their home during the Covid pandemic in 2020. As often the case, they quickly fell in love with the beauty and lifestyle Arkansas offers, and built friendships making it home.
After a career in leadership and management for over 40 years, Mike entered real estate in 2024 with a vision to create a new career path to build a legacy of serving others with his corporate experience. When he and Casey were his first clients while purchasing their home in Benton, he gained an appreciation for how personal, meaningful and complex the real estate process can be. This ignited a passion to be able to help others in their most celebrated and difficult times of their lives through real estate. Mike’s background in corporate leadership has provided him with a foundation of integrity and the communication skills needed to ensure a trustworthy real estate transaction.
When not helping others, Mike enjoys fishing, reading, cooking, camping and tackling the “honey-dos” for Casey. Together they enjoy a blended family of five children, nine grandchildren (with one on the way) and two playful Goldendoodles. Mike is also a proud US Air Force Veteran, and he brings the same discipline, dedication and service mindset to each client.
